Michelle de Lima, creator of LUNA DI SIENA, beside her confection in the kitchen

A family recipe.A new tradition.

Since childhood, Michelle has nurtured a passion for confectionery. Through her studies in chocolate making and fine pastry, and her work at the kitchen counter, she developed an approach that combines technique, sensitivity and care for every detail.

Between her family's Italian roots and the aromas of a treasured recipe, Michelle found a story that seemed to belong to that world: the legend of Leonardo and Cecília. Siena, 1615. A promise of love and three moons of longing. In her hands, recipe and legend meet in LUNA DI SIENA, bringing to the table a confection to celebrate, remember and share.

Some stories are never fully told by time. Some linger in the flavor.

“A recipe with a story, made to give with love.”

Time is an ingredient, too.

Dark chocolate, Brazil nuts, apricots, candied fruit and honey come together in Luna. Dense in texture and scented with cinnamon and cloves, made to be savored slowly in small slices. A matured confection that gets better with time, just like love.
